And will plastic surgeons from the UK, be able to get a job as a surgeon in LA? Or is a higher level of eductation required, in order to work in La? Thanks

Plastic surgeons from UK will not be able to practice here. He will have to pass a series of exams and licensing etc which could take up to 5 years. He may never pass any of them also. So do not worry about the salary !
